print, social media marketing, merchandise

Objective

Promote Asian Americans United’s (AAU) 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival.

Background

AAU is a non-profit based in Philadelphia that helps those of Asian ancestry exercise leadership skills for building their communities and battling oppression. The Mid-Autumn Festival is an annual, community-wide event held during the fall season. Thousands of folks gather to celebrate the full moon, Chinatown community, and Chinese/Vietnamese culture.

Strategy

Design promotional graphics utilizing illustration to represent the festival’s family-friendly and fun atmosphere. Create bilingual marketing materials for non-English speaking folks to break language barriers.
